
Recently author Adrienne Onofri released the book Walking Queens, an awesome compilation of 30 different walking tours throughout the borough. The book also sheds light on neighborhood history, landmarked buildings, popular restaurants, parks, museums and more. (There are also plenty of maps and transportation tips.) Below, we spoke to Adrienne about her favorite walking tours, tips on navigating the street grid, Brooklyn vs. Queens, and the surprising things she learned while writing the book.
